Trey MOODY was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. The author of Autoblivion (Conduit Books, 2023), winner of the Minds on Fire Open Book Prize, and Thought That Nature (Sarabande Books, 2014), winner of the Kathryn A. Morton Prize in Poetry, he has received the Poetry Society of America Robert H. Winner Memorial Award and his poems have appeared in The Atlantic, The Believer, and New England Review. A graduate of Texas State University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he teaches at Creighton University and lives with his daughter in Omaha, Nebraska.

Brody PARRISH CRAIG (they/them) is the author of the award-winning chapbook Boyish (Omnidawn 2021) and edited TWANG, a regional anthology of TGNC+ creators in the south/midwest. Mary SILWANCE is motivated by the belief that the imagination at play is emancipatory medicine through which we create community: with ourselves, each other, and Earth. Born in Egypt, Mary lives in Kansas City and is the mother of three daughters. She has been an English teacher, Farm to School Coordinator, an environmental educator, and a farmhand. Mary provides writing workshops, serves on the editorial team of Kansas City Voices, is the 2023 Poetry Editor-in-Residence for Flying Ketchup Press where she is co-editor of A Room of One’s Ownanthology, a retrospective of women’s embodied experiences, as well as co-creator of Poetry Jam, a poetry festival designed for everyone along the poetic spectrum. Specifically for this fall, Mary is over the moon excited to have been a storyteller in KC Rep’s Ghost Light 2023 and an adjunct writing instructor at KCAI. Lastly, Mary explores ecology from an intersection of justice and spirituality in workshops and writing.
