About The Event

Justin MARKS’ books are, If This Should Reach You in Time(Barrelhouse Books, 2022), The Comedown (Publishing Genius Press, 2021), You’re Going to Miss Me When You’re Bored (Barrelhouse Books, 2014), and A Million in Prizes (New Issues, 2009). He is a co-founder of Birds, LLC, an independent poetry press, and lives in New York City with his family.

Sandra SIMONDS is the award-winning author of eight books of poetry, most recently Triptychs (Wave Books, November 2022). Her poems and criticism have been published in the New Yorker, the New York Times, the Best American Poetry, Poetry, the American Poetry Reviewand elsewhere. She lives in Tallahassee, Florida, and is an English and Humanities Associate professor at Thomas University in Thomasville, Georgia.

Maureen THORSON is the author of three collections of poetry: Share the Wealth (Veliz 2022), My Resignation (Shearsman 2014), and Applies to Oranges (Ugly Duckling Presse 2011). Her chapbook, Mayport, was awarded the Poetry Society of America's National Chapbook Fellowship for 2006, and her book of lyric essays, On Dreams, is forthcoming from Bloof Books. Individual poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Ploughshares, Puerto del Sol, the Kenyon Review Online, and 32 Poems. She lives in Falmouth, Maine. Visit her at maureenthorson.com
